The website at http://www.flightinfo.jp/FS_KBT/ for the downloads goes off to a Japanese page and the d/l's don't seem to work anymore.
I was trying to get the T-4's I got them from Simviation but not sure if they are the latest examples.
It would be a great shame if yet another superb designer has given up.

The link you posted works for me.

It took me right to his English language home page, just like before.

Pretty strange. Try it again; maybe now it will work for you again, too.
