Havard sound missing sound files

I am missing the following sound files in order to get the Havard sound working OK :

R-2600-4, cmtouch1, cmtouch2, cmtouch3, cmtouch4, cmtouch5, cmtouch6, cmtouch7, cmtouch8, silence, wind_general, pcrash3, cncrash1, cncrash2, psplash, cnsplas1, cnsplas2.

Where can I get these?
 
It does work but I was wondering what adding these missing sound files would do?
