I want to ask a question about the major update for the FB11.I downloaded the package from flightsim.com.

I went to download the sfrel1.zip(acft) required,but noticed that acft. is for FS-2002.I use FS9.Will the required acft. for the upgrade package work in FS9?.

As far as the FB11 in question I do have installed in my FS9 the FB11 sea Fury sfrel2.zip thru sfrel6.zip.These acft.are the same I think.

So will the upgrade package work with any of the Sea Fury FB11's I have installed in my FS9

I did reply yesterday to a forum topic about the new upgrade package that came out.not sure if I'll get a reply or not.

These three are a group:

sfrel1.zip
sfre1u.zip
SEA_FURY_FB11_UPDATE_V1.2.zip

You may have to fiddle with the aircraft.cfg as some paints are not included in the update. The earlier paints do still work on the update. :mixedsmi:

I now have the sfrel1.zip and the SEA_FURY_FB11_UPDATE_V1.2.zip downloaded.

I'm not coming up with the sfre1u.zip download.it doesn't show up on flightsim.com so I can download it.What is the sfre1u.zip,or what is in that file?.

Thanks for any help finding the zip for download.What I'm reading here in the topic all three zips are required correct?,for the update V1.2 to work etc.

Thanks for your reply jkcook28.

I was using there search box,and I typed in the zip file.it didn't work.so I typed in the author name,then it came up.The update fix is installed.

Now all I have to do is figure out how to install the new upgrade package V1.2 into the plane.

I extracted everything to a temp folder,but not sure how to install everything into the acft etc.
For me I don't have the Shockwave lights mentioned.So I'm not sure how to install all the folders,from the upgrade into the acft?.
It looks a little over my head?.
