Going back awhile now, but i believe greg was going to convert it after upgrading it for cfs3. one of my favourite german bombers. things could have changed by now , it was a long while ago:ernae:

I beat you to the punch

Just wondered as a couple at least were shot down by serrate intruders.

BTW Ted, eat your heart out:mixedsmi: I've just ordered from amazon UK Dr. Theo Boiten's Nachtjagd War Diaries v1 andv2 https://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_ss_b?url=search-alias%3Dstripbooks&field-keywords=Dr.+Theo+Boiten&x=0&y=0

Cost a bit (about $100 inc postage) but my Xmas pressie.
Let you know what they're like.:icon_lol:

I got mine last week. You'll love it. It is great for mission building and just getting a deeper appreciation for TOW! Well you did one up me, I only have v1.

My book from Theo is "Night Airwar" personal recollections of the conflict over Europe 1939-45. But my best book is Aders " Geschichte der Deutsche nachtjagd" its from the 70's.
But on my, still have to buy list the: "Duell unter den Sternen" from the famous NF-pilot Wilhelm Johnen. Its very rare here, never saw it but it looks to me the best.

I have Johnen's book. It is a fast read. Ader's is the definitive work, but Boiten does a nice job along with Middlebrook.

Another great read and really in depth detail is the Boiten/Bowman 'Battles with the Nachtjagd'.
Expensive but well worth it, lots of good accounts and ac/squadron/geschwader etc info.

Blackwells and Amazon.co.uk is about the cheapest at the moment for Boiten's NJ war diaries. I'm looking for a deal on V1 and V2, hopefully someone might do one?!

I was buying all my books from across the pond in the US when the pound was strong, now it's the other way..grrrr!! :costumes:

D-P47M, agreed, Aders book is a great read. I'm re-reading it at the moment.
