Head to Head battles anyone?

Can anyone say if it is going to be possible with P3 to be able to go "head to head" with another "pilot" once you know each other's IP addresses?
It may even be already possible within OFF2 to do battle in this fashion. Or maybe there's already a thread describing how it is done, how to join and how to instigate it.

Thanks 77, I'll fly by and take a butchers. (To our USA cousins, thats rhyming slang. Butchers hook - rhymes with Look. shorten it and just say "butchers"".)
