Tried reloding these in a mission as part of a train stream, the game does not recognise this vehicle and goes on freezing until I remove this specific vehicle from the train stream composition.

I tested it in missions, what if, "Italy P47, Rail Station Raid"

All works very well !!

Perhaps you made a little mistake in the mission. Test the flatcar with kingtiger also in an airfield facility. If you can see it there, your add on in the vehicles folder is ok.
