Heinkel He 111B in factory colors - Hauke Keitels He 111 rework with neutral Heinkel factory colors and new 2D panel

This is a rework of Hauke Keitel He 111C. New neutral Heinkel factory colors without any national or registration markings. The 2D panel is completly new, the VC is as far as possible addapted to the 2D panel.
The aircraft.cfg and air file has been reworked as needed to match the real He 111B, which was the second
and civil version prototype of the He 111 series with BMW engines.

Michael, thank you for the repaint. Nice job on the bare metal. :encouragement: I noticed the flight crew was not textured. You need the "Piloten.bmp" file from Hauke's original He 111C. He has it in a texture folder separate from the aircraft folder... I guess he uses those pilots for his other planes?

Good morning TAROSBird,
what is estonishing me is that on my HeiiiB th pilots are textured and there are no pilots in the texture folder.
Also on my original He111 from Hauke ketel there are no pilots texture.
as you see in the joined screeny the pilots are well suited
but for any case I join the pilots from Hauke Keitels Fw 200A.
Very interesting problem indeed.
Would know if other who downloaded the plane have the same problem
Merry Christmas
Best Regards
Michael

Heinkel flying out of NAS North Island in San Diego. Don't know how they got here but the flight crew likes the Kaiserhof Restaurant in Ocean Beach so they want to stay for a while. :D

Mein Gott, was wuerde Adolf dazu sagen? (oh my god, what would Adolf say to that?) LOL
I fear the crew had to explain their navigation to Herman. LOL again
Does the pilots be ok now?
As I did not get any remarks about I do not know if I should publish a fix with the pilots bmp.
Oups, San Diego? Or perhaps was it piloted by a crew of the Gruppe Rowehl? Mystery.
Do not forget to adjust the mixture and props. Ja Ja, the first engines did not have all the automatic
systems the later Jumo and DB engines had.
I would like also to publish the two He 111C D- ALIX and D- AXAV in their original paint. But as the
author has some problems with historic reality and to accept historic realistic paints I wonder if this would not cause me problems.
Best regards
Michael Vader

Michael, here is my "Piloten.bmp" file.
Just for fun I changed the crew's cap and uniform insignia to Heinkel instead of Lufthansa. :)
