Help finding that freeware ATC Speech recognition thingy?

There was a thread here quite some time ago about a freeware Speech recognition for fsx.

As i recall it interacted with fsx in a way that it listend to what you were saying, took some keywords and the figured out what "key" to trigger in the standard fsx ATC menue. I think there were a youtube clip in the thread to.

Anyone know of this and were to download it?
