Help needed (again)

The brain cells are definitely getting fewer!!

I'm looking for an early Messerschmitt 109 I used to have, it was either a -B or -D; but I just can't remember where I got it from. I vaguely recall an Italian connection, or possibly a Spanish Civil War connection. Can anybody help please?
