Hello flight simmers
I drop a bottle with a SOS message in the ocean of flight simulations knowleges;)

I'm doing a CFS2 gauge where I want to generate a sound with FSSound from Daniel Steiner, I succeed in compiling it, but on the sim, not any sound can be heard. I have FSSound version 1.4, and may be an updated version is needed for CFS2, 1.5 or more.

May be one of you have that in a forgotten folder (not only the third party, the complete one with the C, H, examples and .lib file).

I will extend a bit my question, do you know a gauge needing FSSound, that works in CFS2, with sounds being heard, I know the "20iesgau" serie where three gauges need FSSound.dll in the MODULES folder, and two sounds in the SOUND folder, but I can't hear any sound from it.:dizzy:

Thank you for your kind collaboration :jump:

Sounds in CFS2 have always been a bit of a mystery to me.
Some sounds can be generated as events in the Mission Builder but that isn't what you are after.

Somebody here probably knows the answers to your questions Martin.

Thanks Ravenna, those files are no more in use, so may be it's lost, I would have tried :/
