Help Please

I had the identical problem a few months back with the Donationware Corsair. What I did was make the donation, and communicated the issue with Ickie - he was able to sort out the transaction one-one via pm.

A good reminder of the importance of donating to support a wonderful hobby, enabled by the generosity of some wonderful folks - it's worth it .... :)

But at the moment Icky's in the hospital, which is why the remaining site problems haven't all been fixed yet.
 
Ah - of course, I forgot about his surgery. I don't know if some of the other senior site staff can help - but my point was that taking the initiative to make the donation first will show goodwill that will doubtlessly translate into some alternative arrangement for providing the product.

Just looking at this differently than a store purchase situation, and more of a "here's my commitment to SOH, can someone help with the fulfilment" approach, may open some doors - just my perspective.
