Help to identify these components of a warbird cockpit?

I must admit, I know so little about flight instrumentation and related components. I've hit a proverbial wall in my Firefly project. I need assistance with the names of these particular parts in order for Makemdl to recognize them for switch animation and so on. Plus it would teach me, since I've never been walked through a warbird cockpit. Here are a couple of photos supplied to me by Martin McClean of CWH and FlightOntario. I really appreciate it fellas if you could, really.

What aircraft is it?

If it's been used by the RAF, they made some small booklets called "Pilot's Notes" on numerous aircraft that they used which cover pretty much every control in the cockpit and how it's used. There are reproductions out there and the one for the Spitfire XIV and XIX really came in handy for me. I got mine from Amazon.

Are you looking at any in particular, or all in your photos?

I could take a logical guess at most of them. But best to see who else has answers.

I'm only guessing here but it looks like the large round and star-shaped bakelite wheel/knob are trim wheels - elevator and rudder, I'm thinking - and the gauge just forward of them looks like a hydraulic pressure guage. The panel on the starboard side looks like a combination electrical/weapons selection and arming panel, and the last image looks like it shows the flap handle for the Firefly's Youngman flap system with the throttle quadrant above and ahead of it.

Hi
As far as I know, (probably not a lot) the first pic shows the elevator trim wheel (the large one) and the aileron trim knob ?. (I think that the rudder trim knob is somewhere else - maybe in the forward part of the cockpit.) Also, the lower part of the throttle quadrant with the knurled knob being the friction adjuster for the throttle lever.
Don't know what the small lever at left is though - parking brake ?

OK - as a real guess - in the second pic the lever next to the seat could be the seat height adjuster

The third pic has the flap extension lever, the trim wheels and the throttle quadrant with the throttle and propeller pitch control.

Have a look here- http://faireyfireflywd840.com/cockpit.htm

All 3 trim wheels are in the same area looking at pic 1 the large vertical wheel is elevator trim, above is rudder trim, if you go down from the rudder trim left side and just visible behind elevator trim there is a dark brown trim wheel at right angles to the elev trim, this I would say is aileron trim, all 3 in the same area operated by the left hand.

Following the link to the restore job the reddish star wheel between the rudder pedals is to adjust the distance setting to suit the length of pilots legs.

A search for pilots notes came up with nothing.

Photo 1:

Large brown wheel, elevator trim. Small brown wheel rudder trim, note unit markings. Small brown handle by seat, tailwheel lock. Metal wheel knob on throttle quadrant is a friction lock.

Photo 2: Handle is possibly to raise or lower tailhook? Engine control panel, guarded switch is probably for starter. A lot of thta stuff ther eis labled.

Photo 3: Flap handle says so.... Throttle quad has prop lever as small black handle and throttle is large handle.
