Help With Div-x: Making CFS3 movies with audio

Hello everybody,

I recently posted some of my pics in BeauBrummie's Ju388 thread of Teds excellent aircraft.

I have FRAPS, which works just fine, however, I'm having problems with using Div-x. The software that i got from the site doesn't allow you to change the CODEC menus in order to edit your movies, add audio, and eventually the file cannot save to AVI format when I use Virtualdub. I get an error message saying that virtualdub doesn't support the Div-x Codec or something. Therefore the file won't save as a new AVI.

Can anybody recommend some cost-effective software to use with FRAPS, most notably, software that can actually work without you sending sensitive information online to upgrade some 15-day trial software?

What programs can be used with FRAPS, Virtualdub and Winamp in order to get the CFS3 movies saved properly to AVI format for uploads?

Any and all suggestions Welcome.

Thanks
