Hi all I’m on my cellphone, after I make a comment as to how the win 10 updates haven’t effected me, there I one today and now I can’t use my pc, it turns on ok, but to try to open a browser or even ccleaner nothing happens, it just locks up, any ideas?

Have you tried starting in 'safe mode'?
