For those of you who enjoy magnificent marching band music, I HIGHLY recommend the 8 part series from HM Royal Marines Beating Retreat 2014.

It features the combined Royal Marines Bands along with the Royal Dutch Navy Band and the USMC 2nd Division Band.

It has 7 parts on the actual Beating Retreat field and another of the combined bands marching and playing on the Mall as they are leaving the field area.
The 1st and 2nd features the Mass HM Royal Marines Bands.
The 3rd part features the Royal Dutch Navy Band
The 4th features the USMC 2nd Division Band.
The remaining parts feature combined bands from all three nations.

Fantastic!

I just wish the President's Own, USMC Band in Washington, DC took part in such activities.

Though, the "Crossed Rifles" Marine Bands are every bit professional musicians.....
We US Marines have an affinity with our older brothers and sisters of HM Royal Marines of the UK.
