here is comes 1000 core chip

in 1997 when we all got together when we were called combatfs . com I had a 250 processor to run cfs-1 then in 1998 I got a wow 350 and could run everything all turned up in cfs-1.
I also remember online flying and had to wait in line for a room to open.

in 1999 I got my first server and it was a 450 Unix, lol it drove me nuts, and canelo in 2001 talked me into a 550, for awhile we had 2 servers to run this site and downloads. This was back in the day of planes to download were 1/2 MB.

Boy have we come far and to look at what is coming in processors the sky is our limit.

We need MS to keep a promise come true with a new flight sim like realism.:encouragement:

I started out in CFS with a Cyrx 266 & 64mg of RAM. Dang that thing would get hot and I've to shut it down after a couple of hours (common problem with that cpu). Eventually upgraded to a AMD 500 and 128mg of RAM along with a VooDoo 3 vid card. CFS 1 went like aces on that rig, but CFS 2 would give it the stutters. I did run CFS 3 on it a couple of times with everything turned down. I still have it in a storage shed behind the house.
