Hear, hear. :applause: And Carenado does such beautiful work don't they? Every product they produce is an absolute masterpiece.

You know, I want that real bad, but for the price for good old FS9, do they include a paint kit?

I converted the fabulous freeware 150 by Guidée François-Denis, Franckart Yves, Mabille Jean-Michel, and Bourgeois Jean-Pierre, which has a paint kit and a fantastic VC BTW, and did my very good friend Jodie Peeler's Cessna 152. I know technically they're different, but for my purposes, it worked.

Now if someone like Carenado would include a Photoshop Paint kit, I would have to burn plastic right now. If I order one, I think I may have to opt for the FSX version.

Took the plunge and purchased last night; Unfortunately for me I won't be able to take it for a spin 'til the latter part of the week. Glad to see respected companies like Carenado taking care of their remaining (and quite substantial) FS9 crowd! Excellent decision; I wish some others would re-consider dropping FS9 development until maybe 2010 or so.....:icon_lol:

Nice :applause:

I remember several months back, someone asked about the difference, and I seem to remember the only real thing was the flaps. I think the 152 had less flap travel? Maybe? I remember tweaking and posting a modified flaps section, but that ould have been long lost now.

Photoshop paintkit you ask? I can make one for those that prefer photoshop templates:ernae: I did one for the Mooney that I haven't even released:isadizzy:

Congrats, Lou :ernae: lol....I did actually run her (more like a brisk walk) around the pattern at Portland/Troutdale last evening, and can happily say that she flies very much like the real one...save for a slightly exaggerated yaw issue that i think may be sensitivities on my controller. VERY happy with this and must once again say thanks to Carenado for cutting it loose for FS9!!!:applause::applause::applause:

The rudder is far too responsive for my taste. It's not your controller.

Has a great sound file this one! Saw one doing touch and go's at EHMZ last year, while I was making pictures of the buildings. Hope there will be a paint kit!
