Hi All,
Just a Heads up and a request for advice/ opinions on what I've been working on lately Just recently I've been rekindling my interest in all things carrier based and have begun to Knock up this repaint of one of the more obscure post war carriers using Joel Maillot's Arromanches as a basis. HMS Warrior was one of the few Colossus class carriers to be fitted with an angled flight deck whilst still in Royal Navy Service. Although this was mainly for trials work. In 1957 she embarked a handful of Avengers and a ships flight of 4 Westland Whirlwinds and operated as flag ship for the Operation Grapple nuclear tests before being sold to Argentina in 1958. In lieu of a 50's RN angled deck carrier currently available for fs9 I have knocked up this repaint Showing the ship's angled deck configuration. I still have a few details to tweak however, and my main question is is does anyone know of any way to extend the port side edge of the deck without making adjustments to the model?
