Hotelicopter

It is my understanding it is not real; the only two Mil V-12s built are rotting in museums. The interior shots of the Hotelicopter were lifted straight from Yotel, the chain of hotels that offers tiny accommodations at European airports. Think he used FSX to do in the inflight shots?

They look just like renders to me. It could've been all plausible until the bit where it was stated that it actually flew, accompanied with some rather fakey 'photos'.

Oy vey! It wouldn't even take off with all this crap on board! :faint:
“On-call flight attendants” attend to your every need, business center, concierge, fitness center, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, spa/salon offering massages and tanning, common space area with live music at select destinations, blackjack table, art gallery, wine tasting, yoga studio and hydro-garden, tea garden, Japanese garden with koi pond.

I'm shocked, literally SHOCKED!

No seriously I just stuck my finger in a lamp socket.

I do'nt know who could put so much time into such BS, but I'm glad they did because I'm entertained. It could seem believable until you start counting rivets. Those are not the engines they say they are, and such powerful engines have absolutely no use or purpose on the side of a helicopter. No airworthy design looks like that either. Exactly what are the tiny wings in various spots good for? That looks like the planes I would have designed on graph paper while daydreaming as a 10yo.

im curious..is this a scam?..they looking for people to send money for the "upcoming" tours?..i dont get it

I'd have to see the "Hotelicopter" in person to believe that. For all those creature comforts you'd need a helo the size of the Bel Geddes giant seaplane! :icon_lol: The in-flight vid was pretty cool, however it was made.

Dang..!

That is wild... What a well done model. Could you imagine what it would be like if it really could fly? I dont think it could with that much airframe, but you never know...

What happens if you have engine failure? Can you glide it in?
