Houston we have a problem. Bglman.dll error

Ok, so I've had no problems up to now, not changed anything for months,yesterday start up fs9, gets to splash screen
then quits with the crashbox "fs9 has a problem and needs to close"

Running process monitor, faulty module bglman.dll, the Cloud9 license dll.
Go to Cloud9 FSDT , download latest add-on manager which contains the dll, reinstall, reboot SIM, same happens.

Any ideas out there?

Well that didn't work. I can rename the bglman.dll and fs9.starts, but then my cloud9 add-ons won't work :(

Bit more thinking needed.
