Hovercontrol closed for registration?

Been trying to register there, but no go.. the site is broken. There's not one email address you can contact the admins on so you're locked out basically.

Any clue? is it on purpose?

They had issues with spam recently, not sure if that had something to do with it

Yes.. the login and registration pages are broken because of some captcha code.
