I don't think this is the best modder to ask FDE ;)
Methink (make search) this was already adressed ..
 
As Navtech mentions, Ito San is not the person to ask for flight dynamics. The majority of his models have their FDE's tweaked by members here at SOH because he uses a very basic flight model, basically just enough to make the airplane flyable. It's quite possible that someone has already done the necessary tweaks and can jump in here and suggest where to find them. I'd say check the SOH Downloads area, but I wouldn't have any idea where that might be found.
 
I had to go back and look at the original download that Kazunori posted. I forgot that this was one of the models that he released without the airfile. I have that airplane, so I'll get what you need and post it here for you. Is the airfile all you need?

Correction: I don't have it. Thought I did but it must be on one of the several HDD's that have crashed over the past year or two. Hopefully someone else will come forward with what you need.
 
Maybe AVSIM has what you are looking for: Ito's F9F Cougar including a.o. an AIR file and new panel by Captain Peter Mercy.

I tried it and it handles not so bad, one thing I noticed was the front wheel sinking into the ground when braking hard but fixing the contact points might solve that.

I have it but completely tweaked (with afterburner effects .. sounds airfile .. etc ..)
