How can I increase the volume inside the sound.cfg ?

Hi,

does anybody know how and where I can increase the sound volume inside a sound.cfg?

I am just changing the Virtavia CH-53 sound and it looks/sounds good so far, but I would like to make the main rotor sound much louder - like the bombastic CH-53 sound in real.

I did try to change the volume like follows:

...but there was no noticable change in the sim. Can anybody help?

Prepar3D has some explanations to the sound.cfg params.

I'd try to change maximum_volume, outsideconevolume or maybe full_scale_distance.

I did fiddle around with some parametres, but finally I will increase the wav volume via my PC sound studio. Did so with the Huey UH-1D and man, first time I thought the real Heli is landing on our roof
