First off you need your CFS3 updated to 3.1 and 3.1a [from M$ website updates] , also your CFS3 copy must be clean -no modifications or you'll get a mismatch. Lastly if you are running Vista-sorry Vista will not play on line right now [some hope an update in the future may fix this].

You will see a sticky post at the top of this page 'post your CFS3 IP Games In Here' http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?t=4964here you will find games posted that says 'game on' with an IP address. Fire up CFS3 go to multi player, join private game. Enter the IP address in the box. This will connect you to the game. When the host shuts the game down they usually change the post to 'game off'. Check Makro Specials and Pick n Pay Specials. Hosting a game is a bit more difficult , if you have a router you must open it's ports to allow players into your computer .Lastly you can join or host a game thru the GameRanger server[GameRanger is in a post lower down on this page] -----good luck -one eye
 
I have cfs3 updated and win xp sp3 and no router + net 1Mb + firewall off

And I know about games Hosted and IP posted in this forum
But I need host my game to play (with GameRanger or not)

If I understand correctly ,you simply would like to host a online game? If so , have you been able to join any of the present online games posted in the sticky thread " POST YOUR CFS3 GAME IN HERE" ?

If you are trying to host a online game ,
Go to -mulitiplayer
-Host Game
-Game Name ,and make sure you UNCHECK the box next to "Publish my game in the CFS3 Game Match directory"
-start your game
