How do I create CFS3 aircraft?

I am trying to build a Horten Ho VII using the Gmax, but first I need help. Can you help me?

Also look at the Aircraft Design and Animation forum here at SOH where you'll find links to Milton Shupe's aircraft building tutorials. They're aimed at FS2004, but most of the material is directly applicable to CFS3.
