How do I get FS 2004 Donationware skins to work in CFS2??

How do I get FS 2004 Donationware B-17 skins to work in CFS2? I have BrianH's 303rd BG skins, Do I just drop them in or is some conversion required,

You can drop them in, but if they look transparent, you have to change the texture format using Martin Wright's DXTbmp utility.
