How To Get FS9 Working In Windows10

I know this has been posted before but Im starting to get a wee but annoyed. Ive been without a laptop for 2 months now I have new one which originally had Windows 8 on it but I upgraded to 10. I then installed FS9 the way ive always done it and now it will not run not even the loading screen comes up has anyone out there managed to get it working.
