How to Know if You're an Addict-OF "SIMMING "

It may be difficult for you to know if you're an addict, but there are some signs you should be on the lookout for.

If you find yourself drawn to a particular Simming - activity to the point where you no longer have a choice about whether you will FLY it or MAKE it, you may be an addict. Needing more and more of the "SIMMING ACTIVITY" to get the same effect may also be a sign that you're an addict.

For a person with an "SIMMING Addiction"- attempting to stop is problematic. When deprived of the "Simming" , the person may experience withdrawal symptoms. These symptoms may range from physical cravings to anxiety, depression or irritability.-

Another way to know if you're an addict is if you feel compelled to hide or deny the amount of time you are spending on your "Simming" . If feel the need to keep this part of your life private from friends, family members, or co-workers, then it may be a sign of a more serious problem.

If your employment, performance at school, or personal relationships have suffered because of your "SIMMING-CFS3-ETO-PTO-MAW- use, then you may have crossed the line into an addiction. As the addiction takes hold, it starts to take up more time in the person's daily life. In between sessions where the addict is using or indulging in addictive SIMMING , an addict is thinking about where to get more of the SIMMING or planning the next MISSION"

You may have trouble trying to figure out if you're an addict on your own. If other people in your life indicate that you have a problem, it's worth considering that you are in the throes of an addiction. It's only human nature to deny to yourself that you have a problem.

Sometimes I literally wake up bolt upright out of a dead sleep with a great mission idea or modification at 3am. A lot of my best work comes in the middle of the night after I get my children back to sleep. :wiggle:

Oh bugger. I don't have a problem with simming at all. No, not one. Not at all, no. No, really! I never turn the computer on until after breakfast...

...and also

When you tell your wife "Roger" instead of yes, or your boss "Copy that"...

and still feel the sensation of "banking" when you close your eyes to sleep

you may want to take a few days off for "R & R". :icon_lol:

This clearly applies only to Americans. The British, Canadians, Australians and other Commonwealth users start talking like something out of the Monty Python "RAF banter" sketch... "Top Hat from Wallaby Red One, coming in to pancake, currently angels fife, over..."

Something out of Monty Python anythng from Monty is GREAT..Love this and Dr Who also..
As for addicted.. No Way....I only do this 18 hours a day..
That is a Hobby..for a Hobbit..
LOL..LOL..

I'm not addicted at all....

Everytime I feel the need to play the sims called "real life 3.8", "tea party with mom 2" or "work 6.0", I just resist and stay in my cockpit.....

Sometimes I go on internet, too. That's important. So I don't spend all day in CFS3. You need to get inspiration for your aircraft skins somewhere, after all!

Just starting on a hi-res, totally new skin for the FP Lanc, by the way. It should also fit the AvHistory/GC one, too. So you see, I don't spend all day on CFS3. Photoshop gets in the way!

My interest in CFS3 surges and drops off depending on what other things are going on in my life. I may be a binge player!
