how to make flak less dangerous?

hi mates, in ETO that was solved however in my other cfs3 installs I´d like to survive more than 20 or 30% of the times....
where should I intervene in weapons xpd files to reduce effectiveness of flak?
any help welcome!

I always setup flak to rookie level otherwise, there are no chances to survive.

also, use the ETO flak guns, they have been specially designed.
