How to upload a mission pack?

As I'm nearly done with a small mission pack I've realized i have no idea how to upload them, can somebody share the secret?

Go to the "Warbirds Library" link above, and right at the bottom of that page is a small link to "upload". Gotta keep your eyes peeled

I swear I looked everywhere on that page now I can see 2 upload links, thanks mate.
