How use the Shiny program to mdlc?

I am reading the instruction but I can not run the program, I start the mdlc but nothing change, no 4 shine set options.

some one has instaled this program?

If the program is installed correctly, you place a copy of the *.mdl file to be converted on your desktop, and right click on the file, you should then be presented with 4 options for shining the mdl, as part of the windows context menu.

Clicking on one of these options should cause the mdlc program to start and do the conversion.
