Calclassics Lockheed Constellation L1049G in fictional LAI colors (my own repaint inspired to the same livery made on the Starliner) taking off from rwy 24 of Naples LIRN. :applause:

I think it describes how I like to sim quite well.:wiggle:

Having worked Fighters all my life, the need for speed has been where you can find me more often than not. Although I have been trying to slow down a bit as I get older, lol.

Low and slow in a favorite classic, enjoying flying VFR. Watching the scenery passing below, and looking for familiar landmarks. Just happen to be doing so in a plane I created - the first Fairchild, the FC-1. I am also flying over my favorite playground -- the great state of Texas.

second is an edit pal, if anyone want it full size as a wallpaper (currently 1440*900) let me know, this is why i started this thread, each has our own flying style, and the screenshots show our preferred methods, as i stated i love low and slow but also anything aerobatic (most used aircraft is a tie between the Hawk and the Extra 300)

Nice idea for a thread Smoothie, I will fly just about anything, but I do prefer military aircraft from WW1 to the present day.

A variety of my own shots to share here, should give you guys some idea of what my FS9 experience is like.

Cheers! Mike :wiggle:

Orbiter is a fun sim as well. No edits - untouched screenies. :wiggle:

Landing ..it pays to concentrate as the first two attempts I crashed heavily into the runway whilst taking pics  ..third (ands succesful) attempt the pics were taken on replay instead

My preference is warbirds from WWII to today. Add a few helos for variety.

I mainly fly from the VC and practice nav skills from the basic to full ILS.

I often switch a/c in and out of storage. Here are some unedited screenies from what I've been flying over the last week.

What some of these shots don't show are the cockpt mods I've recently made. Most of the modern jets I'm flying now have radar which gives me the challenge of intercepts on AI aircraft or flying in low terrain.

Hi Ashaman

Its payware and available at http://www.flytampa.org/ ..one of the best scenerys for FS9 IMO. Not only it includes St Barts it includes an even more difficult runway (Saba) and the famous St Maarten airport reknown for it low approcah over the beach with 747s etc

Cheers

IIRC there was a freeware version of Saba as well but I think that was over at Avsim. Definitely a challenge even with light GA aircraft, almost impossible with larger types, although I once got a Dash 7 to land there (thank goodness for reversing props!)
Here's a couple more screenies, all unedited. As you can see my tastes are pretty much all over the map :)
