How would you like to have one of these in your garage?

I think this is a DARPA-funded project, which makes a lot more sense than a civilian version.
In my garage? Love to have a go.
In my neighbour's? No way...about .1% of all the people I know can barely cut it, driving a road vehicle.
Rudder pedals outside the normal car pedals, popup joystick...I can already see Joe Bloggs coming in for a fast landing and pressing ever harder on the brake pedal.

i'm wanting an icon A5.... what a looker! might not be a road going aircraft but man... looks B-E-A-utiful!

Lordy! I haven't watched the (original) "Absent Minded Professor" since it was first released...:jump:

There aren't many actors the equal of Fred MacMurray! I miss him a lot.
 
the ICON A5 has Lionheart stamped all over it :icon_lol: i'd give my left... scratch that, i'd give my own mother for an FS9/X ICON A5 :icon_lol: never was a family person.... :wiggle:
 
That would be cool just to have it for a couple of weekend to play with it. I wonder what they spent to build it and insure it. Panther is really the only one in here that can afford it.:monkies:
