HU: City Update 14 Netherlands/Belgium

It must be in honor of our Dutch/Belgium contingent. I believer Priller is Belgium, as is Javis. Francois, who doesn't visit us much anymore, is Dutch, but lives in Italy now. I am sure there are a few more I am missing.

@Javis is Dutch, but there are a couple more present, both Belgian and Dutch.
