HU : MAIW Rafale Package

thanks Lenny,

just finished installing all the MAIW stuff (have maybe 6 recent ones to install). Will definitely keep up to date with them, 'cos all I can say is 'WOW!!' As a newbe to AI, I'm horrendously shocked at how bleedin' good it is, whole-heartedly recommend it to everybodypeeps.

All I can say is a HUGE thanks to all the folks who offer us this smorgasbord of aviation pleasures.

With a combination of MAIW and WOAI my skies are nicely full - major thanks to the guys at both teams, their work is terrific! :salute:

Ooh, I want it now! That video was something else - AND they have a Canadian Hornet package in the works!!

They just keep getting better...MacIntyre is bloody clever too, probably time to smoke a peace pipe with him.

Comming soon from MAIW : (French - who else?) Rafale package (Armée de l'Air / Aeronavale units)

Included detailed scenery of Saint Dizier/Robinson and BAN Landivisiau, AND working carrier operations (AI cats and traps).

grtz,

Lenny

Wonder why I was sworn to secrecy on this project then? Did a bunch of research and some test flying for it back in January. :kilroy:

Although originally for FS2002, the Rafale by Gator works fine in FS9 with the updates. A new one by Gmax Academy for FS9 has been sidelined (hopefully only temporarily). And there are two under development for FSX. One is described here: http://www.mirage4fs.com/preview24.html

Can't wait for this Rafale AI package, and the planned GMAX Academie Rafale I am anticipating as well! Mike :applause::france:

Yeah,I am looking foward to this package too, especialy because this will be the first carrier ops they have done FDE for.:applause:

Talk about surprises...

I thought the GMax Academy folded. Here's hoping it does not suffer the fate of the Doughbree Designs L-39.

I dont have a Rafale in my hanger but i can roll out Romain Lucas oldie but goodie Etendard, should fit right in with this scenery, looking forward to it.
cheers ian

Nick has also created a buddy refueling version of the Rafale that extends the drogue at a certain altitude so you can control when it extends. This can also be used to make Recorder flights as well as MP ops.
