Thanks Gandi, transparency and gauge scale solved.
Also I successfully scaled the speedo by changing those line in the viewui.xml file:
original:
<HUDAirspeed BGImage="
hud_guages.dds" BGPos="
345 343" BGSize="
166 166" BGScale="

So now my speedo goes from 0 to 120 & + MPH!
But I still need to change the back ground image because when I'm flying at 100 MPH it show 500 Mph
I can edit the current one by changing the number on it but instead, I think I will look to use one coming from the cockpit view gauges.
I know much of peoples don't use them but my old rig don't give me choice. Virtual cockpit is really beautiful but it's hard on FPS and I use it mostly in campaign. Also I think TrackIR give a good advantage to know your situation but without it, the HUD is my cheap solution.
I think I'm on the right way to made my own WWI custom HUD. I still need to check for all those background image I can use.
Any comments or suggestion would be welcome.
I would upload it here when everything is ready.
But maybe I would not need to do it if they release P3 before, I think they have it well done as I can see in some P3 screenshots.:d
