Huston, I have a problem with my F-15E !!!!!

hey boys

I have a problem with my IRIS F-15E in FSX. (this jet is made for FS9)

the jet flies the whole time with maximum Power, although I do not move the vertical adjustment lock lever !!!

how can I repair this??
