Seems pretty clear to me... However, there is enough of a language barrier since you obviously have only a very basic knowledge of Spanish... both to fully understand what the fellow is asking.. and
the fellow does not speak English well enough to express his concerns in English....
I can handle the language... but it regards material I am not really conversant with.... It is a clear case of the blind leading the blind... through a blind medium (myself... lol)

Really... I handled technical translations for the Army for a long time... and in private life...
and speak 6 languages fluently... in my estimation... automatic translators are like the
spell checker... they only work if you already know the answer - and can thus correct the mish-mash created by the
automatic spell checker, grammar checker or translator...
spell checker accepts any word if it exists in the language... regardless of how stupid it might sound... like "every body know there place" {everyone know their place... still wrong... the collective everyone means ONE ,,,
THEIR pertains to a plural subjet like ALL } (everyone KNOWS HIS or HER place WOULD BE THE CORRECT EXPRESSION)
In other words... if you failed English 101 ... how would you be able to tell what's right?
In translations... if you don't know the foreign language.. how in heck can you tell whether it is right....
That is why professional translators get paid 50- 100 bucks a page... Also, even with professional translators... if the translator knows the language but is not conversant with the subject...
same results...
Once I corrected a 'professional translator' who called CAROTAGGIO (carota is carrot in Italian) as 'carroting'... when in reality it is called CORE SAMPLING in English engineering jargon...
(sticking a long hollow tube down the earth.. that withdraws a 'tube' of earth... to be analyzed for contents)

This is why I say... stay away from auto-translators... and if you use a professional translator be sure the person knows the subject matter...
In this particular question about CFS 2... I know both languages... but don't really know beans about the Mission Builder... building campaigns... etc.
So even myself as a professional translator would have to say... "sorry, I don't know beans about the subject... and cannot offer a coherent explanation...

Creo que con conocimientos basicos the las lenguas solo surge confusion... allegiance no se menciona para nada...

Yeah I didn't translate it myself. I used the Live translator. So yes its junk.

I kinda got some of what he was talking about. I think the LIVE translator had trouble with the all caps. Google's wasn't that much better.

I can understand a few words in Spanish and French when spoken. I can read a few more. but thats about it. I can write a little French. VERY Little.

If you guys can help translate I'm sure Rami could help him. Though I don't envy you.

Remember that MB starts out in the South Pacific.

That would explain a lot of his trouble. He needs to add the operation areas to the opareas.dat file. It is in the CFS2/INFO folder.

If he has the correct country.cfg then the allegiance should be fine.

Now to make missions in europe he will have to make a save file with the Player's plane in the Area. then he can use it as a template to make new missions.

As far as making campaigns, Yes Misson, you would be correct about the CMG file.

Thats the best I can make out of the whole thing. If I'm close then Rami can fill in the rest. If one of you want to message him and ask for a better explanation or maybe focus on one part of his problem first. we could help that way.

Hey my spanish is almost non-existent........

...besides my NY spanglish, but I think what he is trying to ascertain is how the game works for possibly playing/creating missions for El Alamein and other theaters. It appears that he is new here (CFS2 and SimHq) and has a group that is getting interested in working in the game and asking for some guidance.
They apparently have some of Rami's mission and are having trouble getting them going.

Again, I do not fluently speak the language ( so pleassssssssse do not jump down my throat!), but years of my past life work, picking a word here and there helps to put the scene together. I studied Castillian Spanish in HS but found, like Latin, it seemed to be only a basis for some S.A. languages. Real word showed me the difference.
I learned years ago, that like our American English, what we interpret a word to mean and what another region resident interprets it to mean could be diameterically opposed. One is a joke and the other hears a insult. So I found with dialects(can I call it that?) of Spanish. (Mexico, Columbia, etc.)

As far as on-line translators go the less I say the better.
