I Have New Granddaughter!!

I want to announce my newest granddaughter Aubreé Jane, born on Good Friday. She's my son's second girl and my third granddaughter, which shows that God either has a sense of humor so he can laugh as we worry about all the boys, or he's given us beautiful girls as a reward for our being strong in the face of everything that has come our way. Now my boy knows what I went through with his sisters, I hope he gets as grey as I did when his girls start dating. I did talk to them today and Aubree is fine and healthy and mom is doing great. I hope to see them sometime in the future, as he's a Marine at Camp Lejune and it's hard for us to see each other like we want.

Oh well, another kid in the family is always a good thing

I'm 61 shortly and no sign of my son adding to the family yet, lol.
 
CONGRATULATIONS!!..or as the French say"MAZZELTOFF"...Daughters are special..,...You can be a Pal to a son,but you must be a father to a daughter.We are blessed with two! we also have 4 great grand daughters...A mom especially is Rich with a Daughter..in later years ,or time of need,only a Daughter has that magic with a mom...Sons? They are OK..But nothing like a loving daughter...for a Dad?? A daughter is a treasure ,always to keep him young,and provide Grey hair.....Yes Congratulations!!!

congrat's....im not a father myself...so i dont know what its all about....i did father a child which was lost when the girl was beaten up...but that is a weird and odd time in my life,and i was only 14...it did change the course of my life though...


wow...off course again...congrats to you family on the birth..
