It doesn't really look like a standard font. Google on "Old English Fonts" and take the one who comes closest and adjust it.

Or just draw them yourself. It really isn't that difficult.

yes, that looks like something I would draw myself.
Would take about 15 minutes and will always look better than a font that is close, but just not right
 
Yeah, that's a hand-painted title not to a typeface standard.

Best advice is to either paint it yourself or look under "Fraktur" free fonts. Gothic is something else entirely.
