From what I saw on the website it is NOT going to qualify as an LSA. The cruise speed is way too high, and it is not fixed gear.
It does look pretty cool!

this has Bill (Lionheart) writen all over it Never heard of it, but the design is awesome. Those light aircraft types came a long way, getting more and more good looking.
