• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Ah, the triple dog dare! When I was about 10, I was "dogged" into riding a tricycle down a 50 ft. rock pile. After watching that stupid stunt, nobody was ever dared to ride a tricycle down it again. The kid's bike was a right off. We did recycle the wheels for a "go cart", which I promptly rode down the rock pile. I mountain bike to that area now and then, just to remember my childhood. That rock pile is still there. Hmmm.... I wonder if I can make it to the bottom on my bike? :ernae:

When I was about 11 years old, I dared the neighborhood bully down the street into pushing over my bicycle. He was always picking on everyone, and I figured my dad would pay a visit to his father if he messed up my bicycle. But what I didn't count on was the bully's father calling MY father, and telling him that I had instigated the entire thing. So.......when I got back home, I had a spanking just waiting for me.....
