To those reading this that are completely clueless, my apologies. There was a mixup in communication (all my fault of course). Jaggyroad Films is working on a video for a few of Icarus' products. I would like to publicly acknowledge his hard work, his dedication to the hobby and the creation of his fine aircraft.
I would also like to state as a sign of good faith on our part that we are asking for nothing in return, if only to highlight a small and hard working development company such as Icarus. I think it is important from time to time for myself to give back to the community for which I love so incredibly much.
The issue came when our friend at Icarus saw an unknown IP utilizing the files for which he sent to me to craft the video. Naturally, he probably felt I was giving them away... I should have been more clear on my part and it was aboslutely my mistake. The files and IP in question are my associate here at Jaggyroad Films. Yesterday we downloaded the files in order to begin the process of filming his works. In my attempt to be as clairvoyant as possible I would like to publicly apologize for this slip and am willing to pay for the extra downloads out of pocket. I should have communicated to him that my associate was using the files for the video.
I am truly sorry friend for this mixup.
