• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Just like to share a FREE small programe called icon restore, if at some time you have to use ctrl + alt + del keys to get out of OFF you may find all your desktop icons mixed up this small programe will restore them to how want them by backing up the possition of them http://www.download.com/Icon-Restore/3000-2347_4-10163499.html

Right click your Recycle Bin Icon after installing to see the menu.

Hello,
yes, i use this icon restore myself - quite useful.

Sometimes it happens that either CFS3 crashes, or that i end it via task manager, and then my usual 1280x1024 desktop turn into the OFF manager screen resolution, spreading my icons all over the screen - so one answer to restore the layout is via icon restore.

Another one is that you can switch the OFF manager screen to your desktop resolution - next time you start OFF it will be a window on a black screen - if you now leave OFF via task manager or any other unorthodox way, your screen will be as it was.

Greetings,
Catfish
