• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

That was completely correct and I have been predicting this melt down for over 10 years.

Nothing will stop it the markets have to right themselves. Be prepared for the Worst. What ever that is. :icon_lol:
 
1. There's something wrong with the picture when a bank has to borrow the money that it's going to lend you

2. The problem with pursuing the "Dream" is that it may just become a nightmare

3. There's Supply and Demand .... and a whole industry in the middle trying to manipulate both ends for their own good.

4. Free enterprise is never "Free".

Somewhere along the way there have been too many blind eyes turned in the name of greed and now all that's left are pointing fingers stuck in them.

Anyone got a line on a nice tropical island with fertile soil for sale? "On The Beach" may not be a bad place to be for the next while...
