This little jet has always been one of my favorites, but it is rarely mentioned or given the attention it deserved. I guess IFE felt the same way, so they updated it. I'm going to D/L the update today and give it a try. The IFE Facebook message follows:

As promised in our previous post, here is an update to the M-346 project.
This was initially meant to be only a sound update (the package now features improved engine and flyby sounds by Echo19) and "feature creep" turned it into a major upgrade (which took way longer than planned).
This update, in our opinion, provides a better depiction of the training capabilities of the M-346, although we had no time to fit a number of the features we wanted to include - for example the fire control radar modes are limited and the HSD page could have been more detailed - but it should still be a significant step forward.
The package has been sent to all of our distributors - and should be available with the usual lead times (1 or 2 days for most non-Marketplace distributors, 1 or 2 weeks for Marketplace).
The package also seems to be compatible with MSFS2024 without major issues, but seems to have ingestion problem in the MSFS2024 vault (we will investigate the problem with Microsoft).

- Added MK-82 bomb model (STA2-4-6-7 only, 510lbs)
- Added TGP model (STA4 only, 470lbs)
- Fixed incorrect tooltip on NAV LIGHT switch
- Changed aircraft.cfg settings to prevent aircraft from spawning as AI in MSFS2024
- Changes to self-illumination conditions for better experience with MSFS2024
- Integrated "M346 Lighting Mod" by kdfw
- MFD brighntess can now be changed individually
- Fixed minor geometry issue in front cockpit (light leakage)
