IJN Kaga 1928 for CFS2 - IJN Kaga 1928 for CFS2

GMax Model representing the IJN Carrier Kaga, as commissioned in 1928.

Model is Multi-LOD and has a new DP file.

GMax models are included.

Importantly, the cfg file works, but it really needs improving.
I have tried, unsuccessfully, to make it more realistic.
