Importing AVH Aircraft/Missions into RS/ETO

I have cautiously tried several times to add some of the old Aviation History A/C to the add ons and had no success. I realize that there are era specific A/C folders to contend with. Any thoughts?
 
Most AVHistory planes require the newest AVHistory weapons-pack found here on SOH. Some aircraft require additional files or a specific aircraft to be installed first as they may rely on some shared files or so.

Missions is another thing, as they usually only work in the expansion they are written for.
 
In the case of ETO, there are some AVH aircraft included. I would think that AVH Weapons Pack would be part of it already and as long as the proper files (weapons,pylons etc) go into the proper folders that the A/C should appear in one of the era's?
