• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Hey guys,

Just an FYI if anyone has uploaded anything since Tuesday night. I've come down with one hell of a flu bug, and have been running a steady fever of 101-102 since then. This includes chills, body aches, the whole deal. I haven't had the energy or motivation to do much of anything the last couple of days. I even have stayed home from teaching for three days, which is a rarity. Fortunately, my doctor confirmed that it has not gotten into my lungs, so I just have to ride it out.

I didn't want y'all to think I fell asleep at the switch or anything, and I apologize if anyone felt like they were being ignored. Being forced to stay home on D-Day sucks, because I was really going to highlight its importance in the 20th Century, including the often forgotten British and Canadian involvement. But, I will make up for it on the 9th when I return to work.

Far from it Rami. I was thinking maybe vacation! Sorry you're feeling so bad. Hope it gets better soon. Take care of yourself and worry about the uploads when there is a real problem!

Thanks for all you do for us,
Steve

Well, I uploaded some paints during that period, and I'm NOT upset by the delay.

I hope you're feeling better!

Thanks for all you do!

Job one, take care of your health! Rest and follow your Doctor's instructions. Wishing you a
