• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Install problem with Locher/Sarentino Airfield senery

I am trying to installyour Locher/Sarentino Airfield scenery by [FONT=Verdana,Arial,Tahoma,Calibri,Geneva,sans-serif]vasileios.dimoulas [/FONT]for MS FSX and LMPrepar3D into my P3Dv4.5 and there is one instruction that says "2.Go to your ...\Scenery\World\Texture\ folder and copy the detail1.bmpfile inside the ...\Locher\Texture\ folder."
I can not find that bmp file inside theLocher/Sarentino Airfield Scenery\Locher\Texture\ folder.
Is this a mistake, or do I notunderstand the instruction? Also looked in my P3Dscenery\world\texture and it is not there either.
Can anyone help me?

As Joe said, you need to copy the detail1.bmp file from "\Scenery\World\texture" inside the "Locher\Texture\ folder".

A custom installer could do this automatically but I have not reached that point of knowledge yet...

My P2Dv4.5 does not have that folder in the root texture file.. Maybe I am supposed to install the scenery, then it will show up and I can copy it back then?

Sorry it's not in the root Texture folder it is in the root Scenery/World/Texture folder.
